Expert Witness/Litigation Support

Mr. Kuhn has supported both defense and plaintiff cases involving hydrogeology, and soil and groundwater contamination. These cases have involved petroleum hydrocarbons, chlorinated volatile organics, and heavy metals at sites in California, Arizona, and Texas. Testimony included appropriateness of selected remedial strategies, identification of contaminant source locations, and potential impacts to public health and the environment.
