• Provided expert witness testimony for an Arizona water utility company alleging theft from an illegal connection to a city water main. Estimated surface water runoff, pond volumes, and infiltration rates associated with defendant’s property.


• Provided expert witness testimony in defense of a claim against a company for a cement slurry release, in San Diego County, California. The slurry was the residual from cement highway grinding operations that contaminated 5 properties over a 1.5 mile reach of drainage.


• Provided litigation support in a defense case alleging PCE and TCE contamination in Los Angeles, California. Evaluated soil vapor concentrations in support of identification of contaminant source locations.


• Expert witness for the defense of a military contractor in Rancho Cordova, California. Case involves evaluation of surface water sources of NDMA contamination in groundwater.


• Expert witness for a plaintiff's case involving evaluation of environmental impacts from historical oil production operations to a residential development near Lubbock, Texas.


• Provided expert witness testimony to the Arizona State Attorney General's Office in a petroleum hydrocarbon prosecution case involving characterization of soil and groundwater contamination and remedial efforts.
