Soil & Groundwater Remedial Alternative Evaluations and System Design

Mr. Kuhn has supervised the evaluation and selection of remedial alternatives and managed the engineering design of numerous soil and groundwater remediation systems. These systems have included groundwater pump and treatment, air sparge, bioventing, soil vapor extraction, biosparging, barrier trenches, sparge curtains, and in-situ chemical oxidation. Ex-situ process treatment have included granular activated carbon, thermal oxidation, UV direct photolysis, UV oxidation, catalytic oxidation, reverse osmosis, and air stripping.
