Remedial System Life Cycle Cost Analysis

Mr. Kuhn has provided life cycle costs analyses for large scale projects involving groundwater pump & treatment, soil vapor extraction, air sparging, bioremediation, and monitored natural attenuation. Costs considered in the analysis have included APP, 404, and property access permitting; cultural resource and endangered species surveys; public relations, engineering; pilot scale testing; construction and capital costs, annual operation and maintenance, repair and replacement; utilities; environmental monitoring, sampling & analysis; and regulatory reporting. These analyses were completed for various projects at industrial sites, airports, and mining corporations throughout the Southwest.
