Chlorinated Solvent Remediation

Mr. Kuhn has managed contaminant characterizations and remedial investigations for sites containing chlorinated volatile organic compounds (CVOCs) in numerous states from coast to coast. These contaminant have included but not limited to PCE, TCE, 1,1,1-TCA, DCE, DCA, vinyl chloride, perchlorate, methylene chloride, chloroform, dichlorobenzenes, and freons. These projects have encompassed soil vapor extraction, air sparging of groundwater, groundwater pump and treatment utilizing activated carbon and shallow tray stripping technologies, and in-situ chemical oxidation at commercial airports, chemical manufacturing facilities and municipal landfills.
