Vapor and Water Treatment Process Research and Development

• Project manager for a SBIR Grant with the University of Arizona to evaluate an innovative catalytic oxidation/reduction vapor treatment system. Provided engineering design and construction of the pilot scale treatment system utilizing a catalyst in combination with the addition of a reductant.


• Project manager for the Los Reales Landfill remediation system. Provided engineering services to upgrade the existing groundwater extraction and treatment system for chlorinated volatile organic contaminants, to allow treatment capacity to be doubled while decreasing mineral precipitation.


• Project manager of a pilot testing program to develop water treatment technologies for Gencorp Aerojet in Sacramento, California. Designed, evaluated, constructed, tested, and optimized direct UV photolysis and oxidation process for NDMA and 1,4 dioxane.
